Vital Congregations Facilitators the Revs. Nina Reeder and Molly Dykstra know some of you are already sewing up a storm and blessing your communities. If you’d like to help or need help, here’s the scoop:
-If you have supplies to donate (¼” or ⅛” or ½” elastic, 100% cotton fabric like sheets, dish towels, or scraps (10”x7” minimum), narrow grosgrain ribbon, bias tape)
-If you have a sewing machine you don’t use that someone else can
– if you know how to sew but you don’t have a machine
-If you are willing to cut fabric etc. in preparation for sewing (Instructions would be provided provided)
-If you are willing to sew one or more masks
-If you have masks to share
-If you are in need of a mask
– if you are already coordinating in your community, let us know so we can direct people near you your way!
Please email email@example.com. We’ll arrange with you to collect/deliver to/from your doorstep, put you in touch with resources or people who need what you have to give, etc.
