Lambertville Church’s Involvement in annual Shad Fest

The rain and cooler weather did not stop an estimated 30,000 visitors to the annual Shad Fest in Lambertville this past weekend. The Lambertville Church once again hosted a fish pond for the young folks, and provided food and refreshments to the community from its tables at the center of town. Bibles, tracts, food and refreshment were once again given away. Money donated will be given to the local Fisherman’s Mark social service agency to provide school back packs with school supplies for those in need, as well as the Deacon’s ministry at the church.
