¡Highlights & Muchisimas Gracias!

Urban Mission Cabinet and the Bethany House of Hospitality residents wish to extend our thanks to all the guests that attended our Garden Party! Former Bethany Church members, Lawrence Rd., Nassau, Plainsboro and Westminster church members gave witness to the fruit of our connectional system. Dave Byers, Bethany Garden landscape designer, provided a tour of the newly installed rain barrels, four foot vertical green wall planters and mini-hoop houses that extend the harvest season through late fall, winter and early spring. The Crisis Ministry of Mercer County Director of Hunger, provided healthy refreshments, and their Director of Hunger, Mark Smith, prepared a beautiful table display. Last but certainly not least… BHOH residents harvested zucchini from the garden to add the menu. Hannah Mehegan baked zucchini bread! Hera Mir prepared a delicious zucchini stew.
